The space
This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom. Unit has an Ergonomic desk and chair, Two 50-inch HDTVs, Hairdryer, Nespresso machine, Iron/ironing board, safe, doorbell w/audio/strobe alert and much more.
Daily cleaning provided.
Amenities include:
--Access to 24 hour fitness center
--Access to SkyDeck with pool, jacuzzi
--Access to CONRAD Spa (please call for pricing and appointments).
--Luggage and Concierge services.
--24 hour on site security.
Guest access
All guests will be greeted by our representative and check in at the hotel lobby. Guest MUST provide an Estimate Time Arrival 24hours prior to the check in. Free check in between 4pm and 8pm. We charge a late check in fee of $65 from 8pm to 11pm

* local and toll free calls
* Internet access
* Fitness Center
* Access to the hotels beautiful restaurants, bars, gourmet market and spa
with services a la carte. (pay with cash or credit as you use them).
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A hold is placed on the card of $200/day. It is not charged. Just a hold - released after checkout

- No Early check-in/late check-out
- No Room service
- No concierge services or front desk services. Do not call front desk for issues regarding the unit. Please contact us! We are here for you!
- No bellman service and luggage racks or luggage hold/storage. Please keep this in mind if you have an early arriving flight and plan accordingly. Hotel will not hold your luggage and you DO NOT have access to amenities until after the 4pm check in time (no early check ins).
- No paying for services with your room key. All services you wish to have will need to be paid a la carte. Meaning - at the time (aka no room-charging privileges)
