Stay at our charming and fully furnished two story waterfront condo in Historic Georgetown, South Carolina. This vacation rental unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 half bath, full kitchen and a family room. There is 2 double size bed and 1 king size beds.
The Intra-coastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean are only a short boat ride away.
Two decks overlook the Sampit River and waterfront boardwalk where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and boat traffic navigating through our historic port.
With in walking distance, you will find many historic sights, restaurants, galleries, museums, live theater and shops. Our friendly people and lovely surroundings will only enhance the many activities the Low country has to offer. There are numerous opportunities to explore the area on water or land via a guided tour to area plantations, historical homes, Shell Island or the Georgetown Lighthouse. We also have an abundance of wildlife that can be witnessed around every corner. Our waterways and secluded beaches are breathtaking and have to be witnessed first hand. There are many world class golf courses near by such as Heritage Plantation, Pawleys Plantation, Wedgefield Plantation,Founder's Club, True Blue, Litchfield Country Club, Caladonia, River Club and Tradition just to name a few. The beaches and creeks at Pawley's Island offer endless fun and relaxation. Rent a kayak, surfboard or stand up paddle board from Surf The Earth, located in the center of Pawleys Island, and explore the area from the water. Don't forget that the Waccamaw River(ICW) is just on the other side of HWY 17 and there are chances to discover absolutely gorgeous terrain there as well. There are also guided tours available for these areas. Inshore and offshore guided fishing trips are available.
Our town host many fishing tournaments such as the Governor's Cup, Georgetown Blue Marlin Tournament, Wahoo Tournament, Tailwalker Marine Tournament, Kingfish Tournaments, Redfish Tournaments, Youth Tounaments and many more. Many areas are available for hunting deer, turkey, wild boar, Qwail and ducks. Up the road a bit you'll find Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of South Carolina, and all of it's fine restaraunts, shops and Inlet nightlife. Beautiful Brookgreen Gardens is the perfect place to spend the day viewing outdoor sculptures and a mixture of lush and finely manicured landscapes. If you care to add a little excitement to your trip then visit Myrtle Beach or Charleston, located just an hour away.
