- There are several actively recording cameras and a video doorbell at the front of the house for security purposes.
- Loud music is STRICTLY prohibited outdoors.
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside or within 100 feet of the home. If there has been any evidence of smoking a $500 deodorizing fee will be charged.
