CANCELLATION: Per our Rental Agreement "If Guest elects to terminate the Agreement in less than 60 days prior to arrival and Owner succeeds in securing a replacement Guest for the same rental period, or any days therein, as the dates noted in your reservation, then Owner will refund deposits received from Guest to the extent that Owner receives rental payments from a replacement Guest during the applicable period."

From the Grand Patio & Master Bedroom you will view the vast expanse of the ocean & our pool below on the beach. At night, the city lights of Puerto Vallarta are visible with the moon glistening on the ocean.

• A Full-time CHEF (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks) and Housekeeper/Laundress who works 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, or as directed.

• HAND SANITIZER located on Entry Table. Our Chef/Maid wears a mask & gloves at all times. Masks are available to our guests.
• You can get the COVID-19 test inside HDM206 at a cost of $75 per person, or dailey at the Pacifico Beach Club.
• If you’re a golfer, this wonderful home is located adjacent to the 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature “Pacifico” golf course - which was voted the #1 resort golf course in the world by Conde Naste. You can also golf at the second Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, “Bahia” which was just ranked in the top 5 of new international courses by Golf Digest.
