We love Ocean Park and Casa de Cacique 2260 in particular. The apartment is so comfortable and well furnished. The owners have taken great care, with much attention to detail, to make this house a haven for your time in Ocean Park.

With an absolutely unique location, the Casa Cacique 2260 provide our guests unparalleled space and privacy, with all the amenities of your own home, like multiple bedrooms, fully-furnished living room and kitchen, washer, dryer, Smart TV, Internet, and many other comforts. 3 blocks from the beach. This 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Second floor unit, guests must be able to climb stairs.
The house is ideally situated in Ocean Park and is only steps away from the beach. Our facilities and services are designed to meet every guest needs and make staying in the house truly a joy.
This is definitely the place to be in downtown San Juan. Great cross ventilation if windows in the living room are open, throughout the house to keep you pleasantly cool after those sun-drenched days.

Welcome to trendy and happening Ocean Park in the center of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and near the best Hotels and Casinos in San Juan. Walking distance to the beach.
Ocean Park has numerous cafes and restaurants, the best pubs and hangs outs in the city. The house in Calle Cacique 2260 it quiet and breeze, no restaurants nearby but at a short drive to Calle Loiza, Isla Verde Avenue or Condado Ashford Avenue, you should use Ubber or rent a car to explore the island. The house covers all your needs while offering a breezy retreat from it all. If you're driving, there is quick access to the expressway for just a 15-minute drive to the airport, 10-minute drive to the old city and a 4-minute drive to the mall.
Beautifully decorated, contemporary style, the house offers comfort and style with comfy beds, plush pillows, and fluffy towels. The table in the dining area fits 6-8 dinner guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has basic cooking utensils. The Ocean Park beach provides plenty of play area for kids as well as adults.
Enjoy this great apartment with family and friends or to provide housing for groups. This apartment is on the second floor and guest must climb stairs to get inside.
Guest access
You'll have coordinate with me to meet at the property and give you access to it or instructions for a self-check-in.
You will have access to the garage to park a vehicle, the apartment has a big terrace with outdoor furniture.
Guest will be provided with two sets for keys and one garage key. Each set of keys if lost or missing will be charged at a cost of $100.00 per set of keys and the garage opener $100.00. Please make sure you don't lose keys and return garage opener upon departure.

This house is near Calle Loiza where you can find many restaurants and pubs, Ocean Park" famous Kasalta cafeteria is only 5 minutes driving distance, Condado with its hotels and international restaurants is a short drive away.
