As you enter this spacious home, you will find comfortable couches and chairs where you can convene with friends and family to watch a movie on your flat-screen TV. The modern décor, recessed lighting, fans, and wood plank tile flooring throughout provide a relaxing, beachy, modern vibe. The dining area hosts a large wooden table with dining chairs overlooking the pool, where everyone can gather to enjoy a meal together. The tastefully redone, modern kitchen boasts quartz countertops, white modern cabinetry, backsplash tile and all of your premium appliances including a stove, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator for your culinary pleasure.
The large master suite offers lovely recessed lighting and features a queen size bed, and ensuite private bathroom with large vanity & shower. The first inviting guest bedroom boasts a queen size bed with additional seating. The other quaint guest bedroom offers a cozy day bed and the guest bathroom includes a tub and shower.
