Outdoor living area spans the entire back of the home and includes a covered seating and dining area, 30 foot pool with addition of a spa, over-sized lounging area, and grilling area. Sun room opens onto pool deck at water's edge with expansive sliding glass doors to allow for pool view from inside home. Lanai seating and dining area has additional entry into sun room for convenience and ease of monitoring young guest activity.
