The St. Augustine and Vilano Beach area holds some of our most treasured memories. We were married overlooking the iconic Lions Bridge and St. Augustine Harbor, spent the first night of our honeymoon in Vilano Beach, and most recently celebrated our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary in a beachside rental just steps from the ocean.

When we found our home in Vilano, we knew right away — it was too special to keep to ourselves. This is a place made for memory-making: where families reconnect, friends unwind, and life slows down in all the best ways.

What we love most? The walkable charm of local restaurants, the peaceful beach where you can stroll or bike for miles, and the nearby riverfront just a block away — perfect for sunsets or launching a boat. At each home, you’ll find everything you need to relax or entertain — thoughtfully designed spaces, inviting outdoor areas, and well-equipped kitchens made for slowing down and spending time together.
