About Brad Lacher
Hi, my name is Brad Lacher. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Minnesota for the past 18 years. My wife Jill has been a special education school teacher her whole career. Together we own two additional long-term rental properties in our hometown of Lakeville, MN.
For over a year we were looking for a new opportunity with our next real estate adventure that included the idea of a vacation spot. Jill did endless research to find the perfect city that our family would enjoy a few times a year and would also be attractive as a vacation rental. There were a lot of great options across the country but we kept coming back to Cape Coral. It offered a variety of beautiful beaches for our family and everything we kept reading about Cape Coral kept referencing the fun, laid-back boating life culture of SW Florida.
Our family found this home in the spring of 2021. We had never been to Cape Coral or Ft. Myers prior to us making the offer on the home. Have you ever had a time when you were so sure of something that you were just ready, that was us. After visiting Cape Coral a number of times since owning the property, we are in love with the area. Eventually, we want to make Cape Coral our permanent home. Until then, we get to enjoy Cape Coral on vacations and share what we think is a fantastic and fun home with those that choose to stay at what we now call "Palms Over Water Villa".

What makes this House unique
Being on a canal with boating access to the Gulf of Mexico is such a fun experience with endless possibilities. Even if boating is not on your agenda, there is just something about relaxing by the water. We think the vacation home that we have prepared for you will offer you the perfect amount of space with over 1,800 sq. ft. inside the home and endless space outside by the pool and large boat dock. Depending on the size of your family or people you are staying with, we also believe you will appreciate having two living rooms to spread out. Palms Over Water Villa is meant to be your oasis while you are away from home while having all the conveniences of never leaving home. We hope you enjoy it!
