Welcome to our cosy Florida Home. This up dated bugalow has 2 bedrooms and a den or office and has 2 washrooms one off the master suite with a step down shower, 2 sinks and full mirror, with a KING size bed, dresser, bookcase, walk in closet, and walk out to the inground pool.
The other bedroom has 2 twin beds with 2 dressers, and mirror.
The main bath has a sink and tub and shower.
The great room has a 3 seater leather couch and 2 reclining chairs, a 55" smart tv, and walk out to the inground pool.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and mircowave, and all kinds of pots, pans, glasses etc that you will need.
The house is located in a deeded area on a very private street backing on to a natural wooded areaT
The pool is a heated in ground pool, and a lovely sun deck both inside and outside pool cage.
Lawn care and pool care is taken care of by owner.
We are 15 min from Inglewood beach and a Walmart super store and other stores are close.
Port Charlotte is a 20 min drive, and so is Venice Florida
Close to many golf courses and fishing on the Myakka River.
