Welcome to our waterfront family home located in a quiet, yet friendly gated community in Marathon, Florida. If you’re looking for a relaxing and low-energy getaway for your family, you’ve found the right place!
The views are central to our home. Steps from your front door you'll find a place to dock your boat and a pier for watching the fish swim by or to throw a line in and try your luck at fishing.

Three levels with spectacular, unobstructed open water views from the master bedroom deck and the living & dining room deck. The roof top deck also offers space for sunbathing, star gazing, and a great place to enjoy the sunset.
Master Bedroom: King Bed, Second Bedroom: Queen Bed, Third Bedroom: Bunk Bed (twin over full) and 2 twin beds (trundle).
Full gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances.
65 inch HDTV in living room and 50 inch TV's in almost all of the bedrooms. We have Comcast controls with Voice Command and Blu-Ray DVD/CD player. Wireless Internet access through out our home, roof top deck, including the shared pool.
Top of the line washer and dryer.
Elevator to the first floor.
You will find our home stocked with laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags.
The hot tub is next to the house and completely private. The pool is shared with the other 13 homes in the community, but rarely busy as most owners are absentee or occupied enjoying all the Keys have to offer.
We take a lot of pride in our home and would love to share our quiet little bit of paradise with you!

Cancellation policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Growing up in Ohio and dealing with the long winter season I was lured down to explore Florida. Stumbling on the Keys, I couldn't believe how incredibly gorgeous they were with the variety of flora and fauna. Temperate compared to the rest of Florida during the summer with clear warm waters and usually the warmest place in the US during the winter. Diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating, island life, dining, beaches, all with a small town feel and all the comforts of the US! What's not to love?! The desire to be part of the keys and spend more time here led me to buy my first place in 1997. One of the best parts is sharing the experience with others. This led me to sharing my home with others for the last 20 years!

This location is especially amazing. Located steps from the ocean, close to Vaca cut provides incredible views, gorgeous water with so many fish swimming under the dock that it feels like an aquarium! We really have it all: Dock, pool, oceanfront view, comfort, all in a small gated community of 14 other newer homes. There is nothing else like it!!
