No smoking in condo, balconies or beach. Smoking only allowed in limited, specified common areas outside.
Please ask about limited renovation schedules published by Indigo and return signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking
Cleaning practices:-
Cleaned with disinfectant
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
Policies
100% refund for cancellations with 60 days or more notice.
50% refund for cancellations with 30 days to 60 days notice.
Refunds are made, less credit card processing fees.
Full refund, or daily proration, if your reserved week is interrupted or cancelled due to a hurricane hitting our area.
We always do our best to work with reservation holders, even when a cancellation is with short notice. Please call us at 850-982-9777 if you want to discuss how this works.
