About James Wade
We have been in the weekly rental biz for about 25 yrs, in Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and the Florida Keys. Our properties are known for having everything renters need, and for having a homey feel. I am a builder, built Coral Conch in 2014 for family, as we both came from large families. The majority of usage is still family.
James Wade purchased this lot in 2014 and built the house.
Why James Wade chose Carolina Beach
Carolina Beach has a very laid back attitude, and some nice restaurants and bars, as well as attractions for the kids. The boardwalk area has donut and ice cream shops, gift shops, an arcade, and more. Our place is a 10 block walk from the boardwalk area and amusement park.
What makes this House unique
Sun, sand, and water right out your door. There is an amusement park 10 blocks away, a frisbee disc golf course (free) in Kure Beach ( 6 minute drive), and the Carolina Beach boardwalk, recently voted third best boardwalk in the US. The state acquarium is a 7 minute drive south. The historic city of Wilmington is 20 miles to the north. You can walk the riverfront, shop at a gazillion shops, and tour the battleship North Carolina.
Two oceanfront decks, shaded and sunny, nice rockers and lounges, a library, games for the kids and adults as well all contribute to making this a vacation you wont forget. Second floor has a spacious Master with private bath, a bunk room with a loft area, a bedroom with two twins, and another bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king beds making this an attractive option for two couples with kids.
