We are Dave & Cindy Boyd, owners of the Tarpon House here on Anna Maria Island.
Our family is originally from Dallas, TX, and we moved to Florida in 2012 with our two daughters Ellie & Macie. In 2014, we bought a small weekend getaway cottage here on AMI.
Our family has loved exploring the island and spending time in our home away from home, so we retired here in 2022. We cannot get enough of the island life! Our love for this quaint slice of paradise inspired us to completely renovate a duplex just a few streets away and turn it into an oasis for families and friends to enjoy!
Since its opening, we have had over 50 families stay and experience all that the island has to offer. Many memories have been made in the beautiful backyard, home, and beach that is just 2 blocks away.
