Greetings from the mountains of Robbinsville, North Carolina. I moved to this beautful area 46 years ago from my childhood hometown of Tampa, Florida. In 1979, I received my North Carolina Real Estate Broker License and have been an active Real Estate Broker & Realtor since then having served as Board President of Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors in 1987 as well as serving on committtees over the years. In 2019 I was honored with the National Association of Realtors Emeritus Award. Over the past 45 years I have managed vacation rentals and sold real estate. While I am now semi-retired, I have continued to manage Lakefront Cottage on Lake Santeetlah for the owners. I first met this family when they discovered Lake Santeetlah back in the early 1990's and rented a vacation cottage to them. I continued to rent to this family each summer until 1999 when "just the right lakefront cottage in their preferred location of the lake" came on the market. My hat went from Buyer's Agent to Property Manager / Rental Agent. It's been a pleasure working for this family and I take pride in representing their home on Lake Santeetlah.
