Dyan and I are recently retired so we purchased this as an income property but more importantly we purchased it as our winter get away. If we continue to have good responsible renters we are happy to share our little piece of paradise.
Why they chose this property
This is by far the best maintained and renovated property in Gulf Highlands bar none. We fell in love with it instantly as I’m sure you will when you see it. This is a property we can be proud of and we like to show it off in an attempt to build a returning clientele. We are not trying to make a quick dollar, rather we would like to have people asking to come back.
What makes this property unique
Our property doesn't have cheap beach type furniture, it is set up very much like any typical home and we want it to present itself as a home away from home with good quality furniture, clean and well maintained that anyone would be proud to show to there friends. We pride our selves on the quality of our interior design and set up.
