We live nearby on a small farm in Lillian, Alabama - just 20 to 25 minutes from Perdido Key and we now own four Indigo 2 br condos. We started handling our own condo rentals in 2011, sort of by happenstance. We dropped by one of our condo rentals and discovered that it was not anywhere close to being as clean as our standards would require. We rolled up our sleeves and spent the next 4 hours double teaming the cleaning ourselves. When our guests arrived, they were astounded to find such a clean condo and that made us feel very proud and we were happy to know we had pleased our incoming guests. From there, the rest is history as they say. For more than 14 years now, we have personally handled all bookings, check-ins, housekeeper coordination, cleaning inspections, deep cleans, etc., and we have made many great friends and enjoy a repeat business level of more than 80%. If you want to develop a quality relationship with an actual owner/operator of an Indigo condo - you should give us a try. We promise you won't be disappointed. We are conscientious to a fault. We are overly concerned that our guests are happy and content. Our Indigo condo features a rare feature among gulf front condos, as it has it's own private entry foyer. Once the elevator opens to our 19th floor location, you are in a private setting immediately. Our foyer, off the elevator, is not shared with anyone else, providing the ultimate in luxury, convenience and security.
