About Shelly Avram and Doug Lester

We are professionals who live and works in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. We have 2 rental propertie: One in Victoria British Columbia and the other in San Josse del Cabo, Mexico. 

 

Why Shelly Avram and Doug Lester chose Victoria, BC and San Jose del Cabo

Victoria is where Shelly grew up and we have many family members living in the city and surrounding communities. We love it because it's a home away from home, and it it has all the amenities we need. San Jose is where we like to go to get away when the weather cools off. We discovered Cabo in 2010 and fell in love with the town of San Jose. We spend several weeks a year there and are happy to share it with others.

 

What makes these Condos unique

the Belvedere is a private condominium in the heart of downtown Victoria. You have the flexibility of a full kitchen, complete with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils and pots and pans as well as spare linens and towels and a laundry. It's within walking distance of many restaurants, museums, parks and other amenities. These are also several excellent local golf courses.

The unit in San Jose is a private, ground-floor unit in a resport setting. It has a full kitchen and looks out on the gropunds and beach area.
