The Alexander and Fontainebleau are both mixed-use condominiums with the conveniences of having amenities of a resort hotel, along with the benefits of having full private spacious luxurious apartments with fabulous views. Perhaps comparable accommodations in any conventional hotel would equate to a Penthouse Suite!

Our properties are situated in one of the most historic areas of Miami Beach known as “Millionaires Row,” and within minutes to the center of South Beach. Many of our units have ocean, beach, and intracoastal city and bay views getting much sun exposure throughout the day. Several of our direct oceanfront suites include expanded balconies overlooking the ocean, suitable for entertaining large groups and for private sunbathing. Miami Beach condo rentals include use of resort facilities, health fitness club, hot tubs, swimming pools, sauna, steam room, chaise lounges, towels, and umbrellas at poolside, and direct access to sandy private beach. There is no need to drive or even cross the street -- our properties are directly on the beach! At each vacation rental property, drinks, snacks, bar and grill are available at poolside. Lounge and restaurant for fine dining at some of our properties, gift shop, room service, massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge, Wi-Fi and optional valet parking are all available.

Upon arrival you will be greeted and inspired by our classical wooden staircase and exquisite chandeliers that define our lobby and entranceway all recently modernized. Enjoy spacious 1,2,3,4, and 5 bedroom suites ranging in size from 900 square feet to 2000 square feet. In our suites enjoy a master bedroom with adjoining en-suite, a private guest bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a balcony that offers magnificent views. The Alexander is located directly on the beach at 5225 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, in close proximity to the Eden Roc, NOBU, and Fontainebleau Hotel and less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach (SOBE), Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road renowned for its famous shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Additionally, we offer private rentals by owner at the Fontainebleau Hotel with 3 different size suites available, a studio-style Jr Suite, a One-Bedroom Suite, and a Two-Bedroom Suite. There are first-class facilities and amenities to enjoy at this glamorous oceanfront resort including such features as an expansive two-story spa and fitness center, an extravagant poolscape with direct access to the white sandy beach, and LIV the Fontainebleau famous night club lounge.
