Why Daniella chose Volusia County
After all this time, we truly feel at home in New Smyrna Beach. The shopping is extensive, the activities and excursions are fun & exciting and the golf is second to none throughout this gorgeous state. There are hidden gems we discover each & every time we visit; you are surely going to love what you find. There are restaurants for each & every budget and excursions to match. The location is central enough to access the north & south with all it has to offer.
What makes this Condo unique
We absolutely LOVE the convenience of being DIRECTLY on the OCEANFRONT. We've visited Orlando countless times & certainly have enjoyed all it has to offer. However; each time we open our front door to find that GLORIOUS BEACHview we simply GASP, smile & feel immediately SOOTHED. The routines of life seem to get the best of us at times & walking around the condo, preparing family meals, playing games at the table with that mesmerizing view just puts it all back into perspective
