Stunning 2B 1B Condo w/ breathtaking views of the gulf! Updated in a Coastal theme. Close to all activity in GS such as The Hangout and Festivals, shopping and restaurants. Across the street from a convenience/grocery store, Ice cream parlor, Fish market and Great restaurant. We provide Beach towels, shampoo/cond, body wash, dish/dishwasher/washing machine pods, trash bags, paper goods and Coffee! Family Friendly! Some of the reviews are obviously from another property that I can't remove.
This property boasts a nice grilling area along with tables. It also has a HEATED pool and hot tub. This is a family friendly complex.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
