This spacious mountain home on 2.5 acres is perfect for all ages.
You will feel very at home here with all the extra amenities.
With two family rooms, there is plenty of room to spread out.
The home sleeps 9 adults (5 beds). Inflatable mattresses available if needed.
* The pull-out queen sleeper is new, upgraded and has an additional gel mattress pad to ensure an amazing nights sleep. It is also in the front room with the large stone fireplace.
Flagstaff is a dark sky city which boasts visibility of millions of stars. It's a great place to relax on the back patio or upper deck of the master bedroom and take in the view.
Spectacular views from the backyard and all windows on the back of the house!

Short drive to SnowBowl road to take you into the San Francisco peaks for hiking & Biking or a summer ski-lift ride.
* ATV Enthusiasts – A 10 minute drive to The Cinders (9000 acres designated to ATVs) - You can stage from the house and enter the backside of the Cinders or Forest without trailering out or drive a couple miles to Elden Springs RD, off Hwy 89 which connects to many forest roads.
For a winter wonderland vacation-
This home is a short drive to Snowbowl Ski Resort. Spend your day in the snow- skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, snowman building, or snow angel and igloo making, and then come home, throw your wet clothes in the washer and dryer and sip your hot cocoa and play games by the fire or put in your favorite movie.

Damage and incidentals:-
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. At the owners discretion, the damage deposit will be used to cover incidentals, excessive dirtiness, stains on the carpet. etc. The damage deposit will returned within 7-14 days after your departure using the same method of payment as it was sent.

We have recently put in brand new flooring, updated the paint colors and added a beautiful country backsplash in the kitchen.

It's a great place to relax on the back patio or upper deck of the master bedroom and take in the view. Light a fire for ambience in the fireplace or for heat by using the wood burning stoves. Better yet, light a fire in the firepit out back and enjoy the stars.
